Time for secondary?

My lager has been fermenting away for about a month now - slowly. My S.G. reading was 1.018. Is it time to rack in the secondary now? Or should I give it another week?
 
what was the OG? what was your estimated FG for the batch?

1.018 sounds a little high, but that's assuming the OG was 1.050 or a little less.

post full recipe for better answers.
