First I need to use some Centennial Crabapples that are in the freezer from last fall. Now that I have over 125# of honey, It's time to make some mead/cyser/melomel.

Cyser - 26# crabapples (half in primary, half in secondary)
15# honey
Bring volume up to about 4 gallons in primary.
Need to see what the volume is on 13# of crabapples and adjust from there.
Staggered additions of nutrients.

Melomel - Rhubarb (need to see how many pounds are in the freezer) and maybe some raspberries in the secondary.

Mead - Probably just a straight up sweet mead.

At least I have lots of options. Now I just need to fine tune these recipes and get them going.
