*EDIT: also going to add 1 lb pumpkin to boil and 1lb of baked, caramelized pumpkin to primary. Elysian adds pumpkin to all three of these steps*

thoughts?

adjusted the pumpkin and hops a bit. I went with mashing the pumpkin, taking almost all of it into the boil as well. then tossing the nylon bag with pumpkin into my primary. I'll add spices into the secondary (on top of the little bit in the boil).

i undershot gravity big time 1.048. Added LME to bring it up to 1.060. idk how to get pumpkin's SG from this

i usually add amylase enzyme to my fermenter. would it have been prudent to do so to the mash this time? or would it not matter?
