I have bottled my first batch recently. How long should it sit to carbonate and how log should it sit to age?

At what temp should it be aged at?

I've got this beginners itch to open a bottle and taste but i dont want to be a spaz.

2 weeks bare minimum. I am certainly no expert though but I can sympathize with your urge to sample your new batch.

We've all been there more than once....almost every batch I'd say...the feeling never goes away...(or should never go away....).....

Temp? About 70-72 F for about 2 weeks. Then pop one or two in the fridge overnight and try it the next day when you get home from work. :D
