Thoughts on how long to let a 5-gal Dunkelweizen to ferment

Hi, I'm relatively new to 5-gallon brewing & with a bucket. Looking for feedback on how long to let it ferment? It's being fermented in my basement in the dark at 64-68 degrees. I've seen multiple opinions and the instructions were less than informative. Appreciate any feedback.
