Type: Extract w/grain
Size: 6 gal Boil 5 gal batch
Color: 28 HCU (~15 SRM)
Bitterness: 24 IBU
OG: 1.059 FG: 1.011
Alcohol: 6.2% v/v (4.9% w/w)
Grain: .5 lb. American victory
1 lb. Belgian biscuit
.5 lb. Belgian CaraVienne
Boil: minutes SG 1.049 6 gallons
3 lb. Amber malt extract
3 lb. Light malt extract
1 lb. Light dry malt extract
Hops: .5 oz. Mt. Hood (4.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 1792 Fat Tire Ale Yeast
