I love to drink the IPA's; the hoppier the better. I currently have a Mr. Beer Kit Diablo and a Brewers Best IPA fermenting. I decided to give one of the clone recipes I found on here a shot http://https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f12/lagunitas-hop-stoopid-clone-straight-lagunitas-327076/. I am really into Lagunitas lately.

I had to deviate from the original recipe as the LHBS didn't have all the required materials.
9 Lbs Buriess Dried Malt Extract
8 Oz Briess Victory
1 oz nugget @ 90 min
1 oz summit @ 60 min
.65 oz Chinook and .65 oz Centienial @ 12 min
1.5 oz Simcoe at flameout
I also had to use a california ale yeast wlp001

I have seen multiple suggestions for dry hopping and am looking for any and all suggestions.

I love Hop Stoopid! Only 3.50 for a bomber at my local WholeFoods... I'd personally add replace some of your DME with corn sugar to help the beer dry out. Maybe 1lb or so... For dry hops I'd repeat what you used in your boil- Simcoe, Chinook and Centennial - 1oz each. Looks damn tasty tho :mug:

I personally love IPAs as well. When i dry hop I use a muslin bag dipped in sanitizer. this makes it easier to transfer. I used to transfer the beer onto the open leaf hops in the bottom of the secondary but it was a PITA to transfer to the bottle bucket.

I personally like to pick one type of hops when dry hopping that fits the beer style (American, English). If you use too many types of hops it will muddy the aroma.

When dry hopping it is best to not leave it in there for too long (3-7) days. if you do the aroma becomes too grassy and you loose a lot of the nuances of the hop strain.
