So I recently did my first all grain and am super excited to see how it turns out but it was a whole lot of freakin work for 5 gallons of beer. I am thinking about doing 10 gallon batches. Can someone fill me in on what I need to do 10 gallon batches typically? Right now I have a turkey fryer with a 30 gallon pot, a 5.5 gallon pot, a 10.5 gallon mash tun and two 6.5 gallon fermenters.
Also, is there anything to think about with 10 gallon batches that I may be unaware of?
