Prob another band of marauders. For some reason they don't finish the dead off. Only remove the arms and legs to make them safer.

I think that the type of people they will be running into will require the group to take the Rick Grimes mindset. (You are messing with the wrong people) The zombies in the back of the truck had a W etch in their foreheads.

I just caught up on both episodes. A bit slow mostly, odd too. But they do know how to keep you guessing. I suppose the guy (Aaron?) who showed up at the end may have some connection to the half zombies. I just thought there was a 50% off sale. (ba-dump-bump)
I didn't notice the "w". Does that mean that GW Bush cut them in half? Or were they just staunch supporters? (Don't get all crazy on me here)
The big thing I wonder is why would anyone go to a city in any plague? I guess I'm over-thinking TV. But isn't the coast of Georgia full of...islands? Find a small one with no bridge, clear the walkers, end the series. Thank you. Plus, wasn't DC always full of zombies?

I hope Aaron and whatever "group" he is part isn't just another bunch of cannibals or led by a psycho. That story is getting old.

What if Aaron's group are the "good" people, but it's Rick and crew who end up being the nutjobs? I mean look at our group. Everyone is just about coming apart at the seams.

And it wouldn't be much of a stretch. Every group they have come across so far has been destroyed.

Could you imagine a show about a group of survivors who found a relatively secure place all by themselves.

Next week on AMC's The Walking Dead: Rick boils water while Daryl prepares meat for the group. Carl contemplates which area would be best to plant the squash seeds he came across.

I'm waiting for them to come across a legit governmental group. Law enforcement military or scientists that are not crazy or misguided.

Don't look too much into the previews. They are misleading on purpose.

No kidding...this week on the walking dead 22 minutes of fluff and 38 minutes of commercial. If you tuned in to see any protagonist, story line, or action you've picked the wrong show.


Half of last full season(not the first half of this season) was the same. Honestly I'm beginning to feel like they are getting one over on me...milking my eyes for ad revenue and giving me nothing for it.

I was pretty clearly tongue in cheek when I suggested ending the series peacefully on an island. But I do want characters to make reasonable decisions. I've turned off many movies that turned me off because of implausible characters. One of the things I like about Walking Dead is that people respond to the challenges in different ways due to their experience and personality. Going to DC is just nuts, nearly as bad as believing that some guy could reverse all of this by himself.

I don't think going to DC is unreasonable at all given it's the seat of out govt it would stand to reason That the area would have a lot of military presence/protection.

So...one character dying in episode one of the second half doesn't do it for you? Honestly I didn't like the last episode, but the first episode of the second half was great. A proper send off for a character with a lot of intellectual and emotional weight; just when he thinks he has things figured out, game over.

He was one of my favorite characters, but that episode was just strange I really didn't enjoy it for the most part..

I think there's a few shows like that on Discovery and TLC. Add some made up drama over stuff that would never happen, even in zombie world, and I'm sure of it.

I dvr it and start watching at 930pm Sunday night. No commercials that way. If I didnt watch it Sunday night the hundred people I work with that are obsessed with the show would give it away for me.

I liked the first episode after the break, as much as I hated to lose Tyreese. At least it broke the mold of "season break/finale = major character dies", "season premiere/return = rest of cast moping around mourning dead character."

Unfortunately that just meant they doubled down on the moping last week.
