Currently cold crashing my Caribou Slobber. I did a whole bunch of new things with this beer that I haven't done with any other beers. The taste test I did this morning was pretty good, so keeping my fingers crossed that everything works out.

Monday at the latest it will be ready to drink. I think I do like the force carbonate deal. Nice not to have to wait a couple of weeks for carbonation to take place in bottles.

Although it was quite surprising how quick I went through the last 5 gallons that I kegged. Enjoyed every glass. :mug:

Just realized that more beer had the 7 gallon speidel on sale today for 49....of course the one day I check it late and it's what I really wanted.

Allan I do check it constantly, usually by 9 or 10 they have the deal of the day up today they didn't yet and I forgot to check around noon. Of course sometime between 12 and 6 tonight it went up and sold out.

College Football Championship going on tonight. 50 minutes to go. Go Clemson!! Not a Clemson fan, but come on! Alabama again!?!

I am hoping that Adventures in Homebrew has some sort of free ship or discounted shipping as I have a $10 rewards coupon with them. I missed the one sale they had free ship and the speidel sold out. Also I waited too long to figure about a black friday deal with the more beer and missed that one as well. But I figure that I will score a sale again for it and snatch it up. I really don't need it but I would really like it just for ease of transfer with possibility of less o2 problems.

I think I am on it I have to check. Usually I find out also through Homebrewfinds a great deal finding site

Already in the planning stages of "what to grow" for spring/summer vegetables...I do love a fresh tomato, pesto, mozz, balsamic glaze lunch. mmmm....

Like you, Keno, I'm on several. Hard to keep up at times. Most of the stuff I don't need, but sometimes a deal comes along that I have to grab or lose out.

I have a $10 coupon from Northern Brewing that I will never, ever use. Anyone want it, I will forward it on to you. First post gets it.

Last time I ordered from Northern was about 2 yrs ago. I ordered 12lbs of orange blossom honey. I got it and the things top was off and honey leaked out. It wasn't a lot but still at premium prices I complained. 48 hrs later I had another 12 lbs of honey on my doorstep.

Then I found a bunch other companies with better deals on stuff and realized they weren't the best price. Then they sold out so I said yup never again.

I am planning as well. Last few years my wife has a freind who gives us all sorts of exotic tomatoes. So really as long as she comes thru I should be good there. Plus we have the volunteer ones that sprout up. I would love to have some successful cucumbers and no more vine things. Last year I messed around with butternut squash and that thing almost overtook the whole garden.

That was one of the things that was good with Northern Brewing. Their support is quick to make things right. That is how I got the $10 coupon. But after selling out, I can't use it. But, if anyone wants it, it's yours.

Also had a good time growing collard greens for Rex!
