Had a good time last night. The people got wasted! Then set off fireworks. Then put a fire out in the woods....it was a good night.
 
So I think tomorrow I am gonna give those carboys a good soak in PBW. The emptying of them is the part that scares me the most. I think I will try to empty them outside
 
Too cold to empty outside for me. I have a utility sink in the basement where the brewery is. It's resin/plastic, not metal, so I use it with confidence.
 
Driving the boys to Kansas tomorrow. Relax for a couple of days and visit with the other children (really grown men now). Maybe share a beer, a Scotch, or a cigar with them.
 
Brew day is shifted from today until tomorrow. All good. Caribou Slobber is gonna happen. Everything is set up and ready to go. Oh yeah, I get to use my Tilt tomorrow. Sweet!!
