Hey...I just want to get my **** and go the **** home. I can either spend my time in line in the morning...or do it after noon as 400 people filter through the line. Besides...hanging out with people in the morning's what makes the whole thing fun. If I had Believer's Club...I'd forgo reserved bottles just to get in line or them. I enjoy that stuff. But as you said...most of the time you don't need to show up early. The line usually never represents a number that exceeds what's available. It's just a matter of whether or not you care to be at the end of a long ass line. It's personally not my preference.
Obviously your preference is to get their early and hang out. I, however, don't like people that much--let alone many of the douches in line. That said, the number of hours people like you spend in line before noon greatly exceeds the number of hours people spend in line after the bottles start to go on sale. How many hours do you show up before hand typically? 4 or 5 hours? The person that shows up noon spends no more than an hour and a half waiting for the full line to move through the door.
