Thanks for the suggestion, got the $100 for 32 pints npbc order submitted this morning & got delivered just now. One thing I’m not gonna run out of during these times, good beer!

Tiny Bubbles Brut is fantastic, especially at a $10/4 pack price point. Too bad it didn’t come out 7 years ago.
This is going into my regular rotation, especially now that it’s apparently summer. Who knew that a relatively inexpensive brett beer could have the drinkability of a good lager.

Toronado right now:

Greetings, drinkers.

I'm new here, so if this post violates any community guidelines please edit/report/delete as is deemed fit.

Several friends have suggested that I post here first, as I'm not on FB and don't have much connection with the beer community these days.

Like many of you, I have had extra time on my hands lately to organize my house and take inventory of my life, drink a few bottles of beer, and continue to stare at others that I won't likely ever get around to drinking (especially solo). The short end of this story being that I've decided that I won't be drinking any of these high gravity beers, and instead of literally dumping them or giving them to the homeless I would try to find recipients who may enjoy them.

The beers in question are all Modern Times League and Theory only bottles, if my memory serves me correctly. None of them older than two years and stored properly. No Monster Tones, unfortunately, but there are some nicer ones in the bunch.

If interested, PM me and we'll work out some pickup details.

Cheers

[Mod edit: please clarify if you are trading, selling, or giving these bottles away.]

So I’ve got nothing hoppy brewed. Lost abbey is all out of strata beers, so I fall back to Stan-ing for Resident. Vacation, chasing mosaic and Citra, and a little socialite should hold me over until I can get a couple beers kegged.

Speaking of Vaction IPA, I brewed up a batch of coconut IPA on Saturday with Kveik yeast. First time I've brewed that beer in probably 4 years or so.
Last crowler I had was phenomenal and I saw you mention you brewed yours so I felt compelled to add one to my order.

Cellarmaker! Did they ship direct?
edit:
They do but are all sold out on this week’s shipment 😢

Looks like the last few weeks Cellarmaker mix cases were posted on either Friday or Saturday. You can try visiting their website Cellarmaker Brewing Company | San Francisco Craft Brewery Friday and Saturday to re-double-verify that anything’s been posted. Like was previously mentioned, most releases have been available for a day or two before selling out. Hopefully this can relieve some pressure off of pugsandsuds haha

The only non-local brewery getting my money right now. So stoked they are shipping. Getting my third shipment this Thursday (I split the cases with a buddy)! Double Dobis! Their site actually crashed this past Friday right when they posted. But then it didn't sell out right away. Not sure if it's because more people are realizing they're shipping, or if it was for the love of the Double Dobis. And there's a Nelson one this week too. 🤷‍♂️

Yes they are the non local that had me most interested in supporting. Here’s hoping the ABC keeps some of these new relaxed rules in place in the future.
Also I’ll just have to suffer through with my Resident order once it arrives.

Do any of you guys know a retailer that might have Deus in North County or really anywhere in San Diego county? My wife and I have been here since the start of this whole ordeal taking care of family members. Normally on our anniversary we share a bottle but those are all back in PA.
Any help is appreciated.

If that is the bottle from Bosteels, you could try giving Holiday a call (760-745-1200), they are over in Escondido. But I can't say I have seen that on shelves.

Edit: Or you could try calling Bine & Vine (619-795-2463) since it is on their webshop but marked as out of stock. Perhaps they will be getting in more or have better information on where it would be. They are down on Adams so not anywhere close to north county, just as an fyi.

Yeah Bosteels makes it. I saw Bine and Vine showed it out of stock.
Didn't see anything on Holidays website, but I'll give them a call.
Texas was also on my radar but lack of an online inventory I kinda discounted they would.
Thanks for the leads guys.

How's the Heiress stack up against the other local/CA pilsners? Trying to further expand my game with local options. Really like Bierstadt Slo Pour and Wren House Big Spil Pilz with Nelson but harder to get obviously. Reality Czech is good, have also tried the Enegren collab. Party Cup is great also, how does Heiress fit? Any others from SD locals or close by?
