They would be stupid to make a smaller batch of their best, most popular canned hypewhale to date. I'm guessing they made the same amount as last time, and vastly underestimated just how much increased demand there would be.

It is a "smaller" batch..... have no idea of the numerator or denominator for the equation though....

Where in the old Alesmith parking lot do we fight?

I think how I phrased it made it sound like the 4pks I purchase won't stay here. Of what I am trying to get, and if I succeed, only a single 4pk is leaving san diego and it is going to a RTP that sends me crowlers of Fieldwork.

So I dunno, you can fight me wherever, but I probably won't be that much of a match. =P

Treehouse reference, not one to anyone shipping beer ;)

If anyone has a spare can, I kept one from the last batch and beer science would be pretty neat.

I can grab you a Motörhead can that should still be available tonight when I roll by Amplifed? lol. Nah but for reals, if anyone has 1 can to spare that would be, like I said, neat.

We can do beer science together if you want.

I sorta unintentionally started an archive from select past hazy ipa releases around town for science to see what they taste like a with a little time on them because New England Barleywine Is Life.

Also I may have some Offshoot on me by tomorrow. That sounds pretty gross.

excellent hazy ipas though i admit that that's all i've had from them and im a haze fuckboy. the stone collab is off the chain. i was hearing good things about them and so far every beer i've had has been really good.

I really like the English brown, American red, grissette, cream ale, and one of the IPA's I can't remember. Saison and the rest were very solid. Milk stout was on the roasty side and my least favorite.

The Stone collaboration is insanely delicious. My buddy and I crushed a growler while fishing today along with Toppling Goliath Fire, Skull, and Money and X-Hops Pink; Karl Strauss Mosaic; and Half Acre Fluorescent and the Burgeon beer killed them all. I do realize the comparison is apples and oranges and based on preference, but this Burgeon / Stone beer is not something to sleep on.
