OK, what am I doing wrong here? I have three of four of my multibody regulator blue shut off valves are leaking. I tried to disassemble it by removing the screw in the valve handle, but it will not budge except to turn the valve. The screw metal seems to be soft and trying to strip the head. Is there some other way I’m supposed to be disassembling this thing?

If the valves are actually leaking and it's not just where the threads mate with the regulator bodies (can't tell from the picture) I don't think the shutoff valves on that Kegco regulator have any serviceable parts for which you could actually find replacements. And if three out of four of them are already leaking you might want to just replace all four valves with something a bit more robust - and that include integrated check valves, like this model:

Cheers!

Thanks. They did not appear serviceable to me. I have another multi body regulator I can swap it with and then work on this one.
