How much dam money did People have to spend to get reward tiers 1,2, and 3? Yikes. I got level 4 and I feel I spend too much alread...

I'm sure there is someone in one of those tiers who would share their points total with you, but there was a pretty clear delineation with people in tier 1-3 on tasting room purchases. Also to note, tiers 1-4 are smaller groups of people. Tyrsis is correct that League points are just for tasting room purchases, but online purchases were also considered in Theory of Leisure invites.

Cheers,

Can you give us an idea of the point breakdowns for each tier? i.e. Tier 1 had min. 5,000 pts, Tier 2 had 4,000 to 4,999, etc.?

Just kinda want to know what I gotta spend once Anaheim opens! ;-D

I am at tier 6 (I know I am pathetic). I bet I would have been higher up but during the initial period I would put my membership card down along with my credit card and they would always take the credit card and do nothing with the membership card, so I thought I misunderstood the necessity of the card and stopped bringing it for a while. Oh well, I probably wouldn't have been much higher anyways.

I thought Tier-2, the sensory lesson from Morgan would have been pretty fun. I have only been in the lab for Ballast Point at the Scripps location quite some time ago. Better half had a conference she was working and a beer trip was one of the things she created for a perk. I got to tag along so I am sitting inside the QA lab with basically 20 physicists and the 3 lab ppl. Learned quite a bit.

That sounds ******* BAD ASS.

You were in a League email!
Here you go...
If you've put your membership card to good use in the tasting room this year, then you're probably looking forward to hearing your League points rewards; we're proud to announce that they've finally arrived. If you're eligible for a certain rewards tier, then you're also eligible for all of the lower reward tiers as well. Here a look at this year's options:

Tier 1 — You'll be invited to hangout and decide on a concept for a future League-exclusive treatment keg to be served at a festival, followed by the opportunity to lend a helping hand in making said keg with our special projects team.

Tier 2 — Our Quality Control Manager Morgan will teach a full-fledged beer sensory class, followed by the opportunity to visit our brewery at a later time to use your new sensory skills to evaluate new beers.

Tier 3 — Access to 2 education seminars. Our Director of Brewing Operations Rick will lead a beer science class, while our Head Brewer Tim and Commissioner of Flavor Andrew will teach you all about hop-selection.

Tier 4 — Drink beers and take a behind-the-scenes tour of The Lomaland Fermentorium and Fortress of Raditude with our League Coordinator Steven.

Tier 5 — Special archive preview tasting featuring an assortment of our favorite beers.

Tier 6 — Access to an end of the year archive bottle sale.

All Members — The opportunity to embroider an item of clothing with a Modern Times logo. Please note that you'll be responsible to pay for the embroidery, but the price will be minimal.

Overall I really like teirs four and five. One through three seem ok to me but I had 300ish points so to get anything higher than four doesn't make me regret not spending more. I landed in five and hope I can actually make the tasting. Can it be on a weekend or later than the normal weekday time?
