Tuesday, September 16 @ 10:00 a.m. MST the following bottles will be available for purchase at the online store:
- Dry-Hopped Surette Reserva (6 bottle limit)
- L'Brett d'Pluot (6 bottle limit)
- Nightcap (6 bottle limit)

This has prob been covered here but what exactly does the membership entail? I'd love to try to get one I love crooked stave brews.

Thanks , justin.

I'm bummed that we're not going to see the Apricot/Dry Hopped L'Brett d'Or, especially given how good everyone is saying the Grand Cru is.

Members get 2x375ml bottles of 10 different beers. They are supposed to be member only beers but they put kegs on tap at the taproom occasionally. You usually get 2 glasses and a couple pieces of swag. And 15% off at the tap room

You also get an option to buy extra allocations of the beers.

Cost last year was $350+tax

Dang 350 for 20 beers , this hobby costs a lot !

Thanks for the info.

When does this open up for us plebs to try and get in?
November is for current members to renew and then they open it up to any open slots after that. Last year there were 100 open slots and they did a lottery for them. I think they had 2500 people sign up for the lottery.

Damn some of you guys get antsy.

I received this email yesterday when I sent them a couple questions:
"With planning Zwanze Day and GABF events this is a very busy time and I will be getting to emails as soon as I can. Apologies for any delay and thank you in advance for your patience!

For immediate assistance please call the Barrel Cellar at (720) 508-3292."

Could have something to do with it. I'm pretty sure that they put enough bottles up within the first allocation window for everyone to max.

Edit:IN B4 they didn't have enough plum for everyone last year.

Really excited for the dry hopped surette reserva after quirkzoo opened a 750ml Surette Reserva at our gang bang packing party the other day that was quite delicious. Nightcap sounds interesting but I sure hope it isn't as coffee forward as that coffee NoB they had on at the first release party.

The store seems to be down for me at the moment...just a plain, white, blank screen where the for sale beers usually are. Anybody else experiencing something similar?

Received a response this morning. Nightcap is confirmed as Origins aged in whiskey barrels with cacao nibs, coffee, and cherries.

Also asked after that reply about allocations and received this, just in case someone is worried about getting shut out

" This is taking way longer to fix than we expected. All members will be able to max out during this round of sales."

So, this is Q3, there are;

Lbrett Grand Cru
Lbrett Cherry
Blackberry Dark Origins
Raspberry Origins
Passion Fruit Petite
Blueberry Petite
Port Barrel Nightmare on Brett
Nightcap
Lbrett d Pluot
Dry Hopped Surette.

That's 10 beers, and doesn't include a bunch from the list we were given (assuming they were dumped and replaced cause they weren't as good?)

If there is no 11th bottle, is it just these 10 and that's it, or is there a 4th quarter relase with more?

None of these guys then?

Cherry (St.?) Bretta ---> turned into Lbrett D Cherry?
Dry Hopped L'Brett ---> Turned into Dry Hopped Surette?
Apricot L'Brett ----> Turned into Pluot Lbrett?

Just thinking out loud, love the beers regardless. Just curious if this is the final release.

I think Cherry Bretta is L'brett d'Cherry and it appears that Apricot L'Brett turned into L'Brett D'Pluot.

Yeah, I think that's what happened as well, so are these Quarter 3 releases it for the year?

I assume so, we're at 10 bottles.
