So heres the Story. On 9/24 I brewed up a Stout with an SG of 1.057 and WL005 British Ale yeast. Right on the money with the SG. Fast forward to yesterday and the Hydro sample is 1.010 and Taste amazing. Thats 81% attenuation very nice! Todays hydro sample is also 1.010 and Im sure tomorrows will be too. So as of this Saturday it will have been in the primary for 2 weeks should I bottle it or leave it another week?

Sounds about right. I would let it condition for another week in the primary and then bottle.

2 weeks is plenty with that yeast IMHO, i say go for it. but it certainly wouldn't hurt to leave it another week.

It's just good practice to primary most beers for 3-4 weeks (3 probably for sub 1.06 SG). Sure you could bottle now, but waiting one more week could make it even better.
