So bought a texas bock kit with ale yeast from my LHBS and im reading thru the instructions now to get a general idea of what im doing as this is only my second batch. This kit has grain and malt extract.
So the instructions have step to add flavoring and aroma hops which it has both listed as cascades but the kit came with Crystal hops. Im still learning how the different hops interact and what not so my question is will the Crystal hops work in place of the cascade? Or should i go back to the store and exchange them out for cascade?
