I have a beer that is done fermenting...i have it sitting outside of my ferm chamber, in the bucket. here is my question...my a/c broke this morning, and its in the upper 80's in my house. now i know temp is really important when fermentation is happening...but what about after it is done? will my beer be ok sitting in upper 80's or even low 90's till thursday?
