I extracted this text from my beer store's website...
"To ensure the freshest quality beer, customers are encouraged to keep kegs cold at all times. Excessive movement and loss of temperature to the keg can result in a lower quality of beer. Once your keg has been tapped using your rental pump, beer will stay fresh for approximately 12 hours.
A home draught set up will keep beer fresh for approximately three weeks. If you have any questions regarding keg freshness, please contact the brewer directly. "
Is this accurate? Does the beer only last 3 weeks in a home draught system?
or does this only pertain to store bought beer?
Thanks!
