Sweetwater's New Dank Tank

Has anyone a recipe or can recommend a recipe to clone Sweetwater Dank Tank Ghoulash? Its quite tasty and is labeled as a Double Black, Double Dry Hopped, Double IPA.

Would love to attempt this extract first and then maybe all grain when I can afford to build my equipment for it.

That thing has 14 kinds of hops in it. It will be almost impossible to clone it... that's too many varieties to realiztically sort out in the proper amounts and times.
