Straight up off-the-shelf AJ and fermented with Saf-Cider makes for a very dry and less than lovely tasting cider, in my experience. So this time I'm implementing a strategy i've been thinking about for a while now.
A can of FAJC at kegging time I expect should add a few points of gravity and a bit bigger apply flavor. Just edging it a bit closer to Jolly Rancher
Should be a but easier to share with my "civilian" friends and family.
Not going to worry about fermentation kicking in again as it will be in my kegerator/keezer at under 40F the whole time. So should be safe.
Anyone done this before?

I rack & stabilize then add my own freeze concentrated juice before kegging.

I have no idea. But adding the concentrate of 1/2 gal. juice to 5 gal. raises the s.g. 3 points.
