I just picked up a 7gr. packet of Superior Lager Yeast from Australia. It is a dry lager yeast. It has a medium flocculation and 75-78% attenuation. I was told that it performs well at temperatures in the 50's and low 60's.
All I've ever used before is White Labs liquid. Anybody ever use this stuff?
