Hi everyone and happy new year to all.
During those holidays I drank a lovely summer ale and I really want to try to brew it but I'm not good enough to find the quantity...
Only things I know is the basic ingredients:
malt: Pale
Hops: Galaxy
Yeast : Kolsch.
ABV:5-6%
I'm able to do an extract with special grain batch but not an all grain one.
I'm planning to brew a 5 or 6 galon batch.
Can you please help me with a recipe...?
Thanks

Check the recipe database for Light Hybrid Beers. The link below links to the page sorted by views. Obviously, the more views, the more tested the beer so they're likely to be good beers:

Find a recipe you like then adjust the hops to fit a galaxy hops schedule. Tag your yeast in to the ring and you're good to go.

Edit: I just did a quick search on Galaxy hops and it looks like their alpha acid % is higher than most hops used in summer ales, so you probably don't want to boil them for too long. A lot of late hop additions sounds tasty though.
