Im going to make a allagash white clone and the recipe calls for White labs WLP400 belgian wit or WLP410 Belgian wit II. I am ordering from midwest supplies and they dont have either of these. What could I substitute from midwest supplies that will give me the same results?

I'm not sure what yeast manufacturer Midwest carries, but check out this site. It goes from Wyeast to White Labs and vice versa.

Funny - I just picked up two wlp400's at midwest yesterday, and they had a fair amt. They were out of 3944, which is what I wanted. Hate wlp400 since it's sooo slow, but had to go with it. Love 410 (no one ever has it) and have had good results with 3944.
