Ok, so making an all grain Blue Moon clone and just noticed somehow I got a bunch of coriander seeds and orange peel in the bucket. i thought most got filtered out.

Should I skim them off the top or leave it?

Wait until you go to bottle or keg it, most of the time beers like Blue Moon have partials floating around in them anyway. Try when you bottle/keg to keep most of those floaters in the ferm.

I say leave it and don't even bother picking stuff out when bottling. Trub sometimes gets in the bottle bucket anyways, and by the time you get done it stays at the bottom.
