Anyone else stuck at work on a beautiful sunny day (at least on the mid atlantic)? How do you cope? I'm starting to lose it so share your secret with me.

I work at the Library of Congress in DC, in a very small room with NO WINDOWS. I try to take a walk outside for 30 minutes during the day...sometimes I go crazy if I dont.

And ya, surfing the net only helps if your not busy :)

I'm in DC with view of the Washington Monument wayyyyyyyy out in the distance. It sucks sitting next to this window and not getting out. bu tat least I do have a window.

This wekend is going to be COLD!

If it were any nicer here today I would bail out of work and go brew. Sadly, it isn't looking like it is going to change.

I hung in there best I could, but wife is making me go to Jamesport Brewing Company in Ludington tonight to sample last year's Homebrew Competition Winner who got to brew on their equipment. So I better get going, just to make her happy...

Nope. I took the afternoon off. Our homebrew club is help with a fundraiser for the local educational center www.dhdc.org A night of the science of beer and fermentation. Should be a fun gig. Lots to do still but should be great exposure for the club. Glad to be able to help them out with it though. They are a great organization.

Workin' until 1am (started at 3pm). On nice days (when I'm working day shift) I try and stay away from windows and doors. If I don't see what I'm missing, it doesn't bother me. I try to keep the skies safe for the flying public! 3 more hours until I can RDWHAHB!

I'm gonna assume you're ATC, if so are you in a tower or TRACON?
