Alright, I will try to be brief. I made a wonderful Strawberry Blonde (Thanks to many of the contributors to this forum). It has an incredable head/foam retention about it and the aromas and taste in the beer are so wonderful, it is magical. At least thats what the friends who have tried it say. My question is: Can the aromas within the foam be strengthened without making the beer it self to fragrant / hoppy / perfumy? I looked for a good forum to post this to, and this was as close as I could come. Any advice would be great. The purpose of this is to help make the beer more desireable for those people who are not much of a beer drinker to start with. This is why I went with a fruited beer to begin with.
