Strike water temp?

BeerSmith tells me to use 161.9 for my temp at desired thickness. However, the calculator over on www.rackers.org tells me to use 166.

Which one is correct?

Is the grain temp set the same on both?

yes. I'm not sure how the online one can give you an accurate measurement without knowing the amount of grain you are using and the thermal mass of your mash tun.
