I'm going to try brewing my second batch this week but it's at a different house. Im not sure if the stove has enough power output to bring 20 qts to a rolling boil. My question is, for a six gallon batch, what is the minimum I can boil with to still get a decent batch?

I'm going to steep 2 lbs of specialty grains in a few quarts then add to my kettle. Then I'll add about 7 lbs of LME. I don't want to get to brew day and find out the stove can't bring 4 gallons to a rolling boil. I'm going to try boiling 4 gallons prior to brew day to check.
Thanks

Start with three gallons. Add one to one and a half pounds of LME at the biginning of your boil. Add the remainder fifteen minutes before the end of the boil. This technique is called a partial boil with late extract additon.

If you go three gallons in the boil and want six in the fermentor add three gallons of cold clean water to the fermentor. Add your cooled wort. Top off to six gallons to make up for boil off.
