I just got a used stout tap that will not pour with the nozzle in place. I am using it with nitrogen for coffee . If i screw on the nozzle the fluid won't pass. Has anyone seen/solved this problem?

Thanks
Len

Have you disassembled the end of the tap to make sure there is no blockage? Checked the shank too for blockage? There will be a diffuser (looks like a silver button) and a flow straightener (probably a little white cone/triangle shaped piece). Take note of how they are aligned.

You'll probably need 20 PSI at least to push any fluid through.

Yah need to bust it open and see what's going on. The diffuser plate can get clogged super easy as it's only a few little holes. I had the same issue when I got my stout tap.
