Just looking for some assurance/suggestions on this one! This will be my first all grain stout. I almost feels like it's too many different grains, but what the heck right? I want this to be rich and roasty.

11 lbs American 2-row
1 lb Roasted Barley
1 lb Flaked Barley
1 lb Victory Malt
1 lb Crystal 80
12 oz British Chocolate
4 oz Black Patent

Hops
1.25 oz Nugget @ 60
1 oz Willamette @ 15, 5

Yeast
US-05

Mash at 156°F
