I made a 1 gallon stout recipe and it fermented for about 3 weeks. Then was moved to bottles. I only got 6 22oz bottles. So after 2 weeks if it sitting in bottles I opened one it didnt taste finished so I recapped it and let it sit at room temp for another 2 weeks
1st question will the beer go bad if it is recapped and stored at room temp.
And 2nd how long would you let a stout sit its been sitting for about a month at room temp in the bottles
