Hi!,
i just made a yeast starter this week from yeast slurry. I was planning to use it for my IPA that i brew friday but finaly the starter wasnt ready so i used notty dry yeast.

So now i do not need the yeast starter, can i just cold crash it and keep the slurry? Do i need to wash the yeast?

Thank you

Cold crashing should be enough. You will want to use it soonish, or make another starter as the cold will decrease viability as time progresses.
