Hi

I'm worried whether I'm storing my bottled beer at too high a temperature.

I'm able to brew in an unused washroom and control the temperature of my fermentation vessels quite well using cold water/ice baths.

However, once my beer is bottled, the only place I can store it, though dark, has an ambient room temperature of around 72f / 22c.

Is this too high for long-term storing over months?

Cheers all

That's a fine temperature for storage over a few months. If you were "cave aging" something over a year or longer then you want much cooler. I've aged bottles for over 6 months at 74-76F and they and up tasting great.

That's a fine temperature at which to store your brew. I typically store mine around 75F because I don't have a cooler space, but I've never had any issues with it.
