I was wondering if anyone has used Stokely canned pumpkin in a beer? I have both Libby's and Stokely available. Libby's is twice the price. Stokely is $1.97 a can. Stokely is 100% real pumpkin not squash (well technically pumpkin is a squash but you know what i mean) so I was wondering.....

Same Stuff Different Brand. It's just plain pumpkin, If it tastes good in a pie it will taste just as good in a beer.

Yeah that was basically my take also. Stokely is a pretty big brand. I don't know if they use the same type of pumpkin but the can does say 100% pumpkin. I think with Libby's you are paying for the name.
