I was going to dry hop my double IPA @ 6-7days after brewing only problem is its still bubblin like a champ. Should i hold off dry hopping until fermentation slows down a little more?
Still fermenting can i dry hop?

You don't want to dry hop until you are sure the beer is done fermenting. Take a couple days of gravity readings to make sure it is done. Dry hopping while fermentation is happening will be counter productive.
Yeah,something about the settling yeast cells dragging the hop oils to the bottom...
The bubbling of fermentation will cause much of the aroma that you want in the beer to "blow off". You can add the hops at the tail end of fermentation, but wait until the majority of the fermentation is finished to prevent loss of aroma.
