I dunno. The extracted hop oil is VERY bitter. I don't think I've ever had a drink with bitters, so I'm not sure what it even means.

It's likely enough. Depends on the condenser you have. My graham condenser has a long path through the chilling fluid. Measure the temperature of the condensed oils when they exit.
