Looking to build a temp controller. Looks like several different companies make the STC-1000. Any certain brand better it more reliable? Any to avoid?

Some have Fahrenheit readout but most only have Celcius.. The inkbird brand ones usually come in F readout.. Some also only have heating OR cooling via one relay.. If you what both be sure to look for a 2 relay heating and cooling unit..
They also come in DC or 120v or 240v options for main power..
I have used a bunch including the specific version that's able to be upgraded with alphaomega st1000+ firmware with does fermentation profiles and allows ramping and automatic cold crashing and such (it also allows Fahrenheit. Never had one that didn't work
