I started my starter as per Denard Brewing last night, pitched the Wyeast 1388 at 7:00pm last night at 100 degrees. I had good airlock activity at 10:00pm. When I checked it out this morning there was no airlock activity at all. I paniced and added some more nutrient and honey hoping to start more activity 3 hours nothing have I screwed up my first starter?
