I started my yeast and have had it in a flask with some dme and yeast nutrient on the stir plate.

I put it in the fridge earlier and I have decided not to brew tonight and brew tomorrow after work.

Should I leave it in the fridge overnight and siphon the wort off the yeast tomorrow, or put it back on the stir plate and let it settle after work while I'm brewing?

I assume that the starter finished its work. If so, continue with lumpher's advice.

If it had not finished, back to the stir plate and leave it run til you brew.
