Starsan Still Good?

Mixed up some Starsan two weeks ago. Since then it's been in a covered (but not sealed) bucket and it's still clear. Think it's still good?

Yeah, you're safe. That stuff lasts for months.

As already stated, it's still good. For future reference, get some cheap pH test strips, and as long as your Star San solution's pH is below 3 it's still effective. If it rises above 3, you can "sweeten" it up by adding some more concentrate and drive the pH back under 3.

I keep mine in glass one gallon jugs stored outside for months. That stuff lasts a long time. Never had an issue or an infection.
