Starsan for a white wine?

Hi everyone. I usually use Sanibrew, or the pink chlorine based sanitizer for my wine bottle cleaning and sanitizing. For beer bottles, I use oxiclean for cleaning my bottles and starsan for sanitization and works great. Anyone tried starsan for bottling white wine? I've already cleaned the wine bottles with oxiclean and ready to bottle tomorrow and thinking of using starsan for the sanitization part. Anyone ever tried an acid based sanitizer with a really nice wine? Any off flavors? It's a nice California muskat and planning to bottle hopefully tomorrow. Thanks!

I use star-san all the time in winemaking. No issues at all.
