I had an infection, but bottled anyway because I thought it wasn't too bad. Well, I tasted a bottle and am going to open and dump the bottles. Given that the batch was infected, is the normal Starsan routine with a Vinator sufficient? I use a mix of 12-ounce crown-cap bottles and swing tops.

I'm not sure I understand your question. I think you are asking if you can starsan and reuse the bottles. The answer is yes but you should rinse them very well and do a PBW soak and then rinse very well. Then before you use the bottles again, starsan and you should be fine.

Thoroughly wash those bottles, use a Jet bottle washer to rinse, and then starsan before refilling.

I've always found the Jet washer the best way to clean bottles, but I'd want some cleanser if I had an infection. But this said, I stopped bottling because it was all too much trouble.

You got to clean them very well before using again.
Hot soak in PBW or washing soda for a while, and use a bottle brush to scrub the inside thoroughly. Rinse well using that bottle jet sprayer and hot water. Starsan for a few minutes, drain, and store with a piece of foil over the tops.

That should do it.

Or clean, rinse, drain well, and bake in a hot oven @350 for an hour, let cool naturally overnight.

What about tossing them in the dishwasher and then soaking in starsan before using? That's what I've been doing with good results.
