5.3 lb - 2-row Pale Malt (40%)
5.3 lb - Maris Otter (40%)
1.3 lb - Wheat Malt (10%)
0.8 lb - Crystal 60L (5%)
0.8 lb - Dextrose (5%) - added @ 10min

[HOPS]
1.0 oz - Magnum (11% AA) @ 60min
0.75 oz - Galaxy (14% AA) @ 15min
0.75 oz - Simcoe (13% AA) @ 15min
2.0 oz - Galaxy (14% AA) - 20min Whirlpool
2.0 oz - Simcoe (13% AA) - 20min Whirlpool
2.25 oz - Galaxy (14% AA) - Dryhop 5 days

2 x US-05 Yeast Dry Packets
1 x Whirlfloc

[PROCESS]
1. The above recipe is based on a 72% efficiency, so you'll need to adjust for your system.
2. Mash for 1 hour @ 148F/64C
3. Cool wort to sub 68F/20C and pitch two packets of US-05
4. Ferment at 67F/19C for 12 days
5. Cold crash for additional 3 days before kegging / bottling

I've been really happy with how this one turned out. Huge passionfruit from the Galaxy and packed with plenty of flavour. Despite what the stats might show it's a nicely balanced IIPA with well masked bitterness and very little alcohol warmth.
