Hello HomeBrewTalk. I have been stalking this site for years. I have made a minor contribution of which cooler is better, igloo or rubbermaid, they are the same. I figured it was time for me to come out of the shadows as you learn more from participation than just listening. So like the kid in the back of the class, I am going to move my seat up.

Thanks for all the great information this site has provided so far, I hope I can add something.

Yeah, I agree that participating on such a great forum can get rather addictive?! We all help the noobs & each other around here. Not a lot of BS like trolling is tolerated here, as it's more of a family sorta place. Although you can expect some humor tossed in here & there...:mug:

That is all good. I have been doing this for about 5 years, but I still consider myself a noob. I have 2 recipes that are out of sight, but the rest require tweaking. But that is the fun.

Welcome from Massachusetts! Glad to have a new face checking in.

I am in MA every other week or so. Live in CT, work partially in Falmouth. You guys have so much snow on the ground that I won't be back until April. We have the same here in CT.

Thanks for the welcome!

If you're ever near the stadium (i'm about 5 minutes away) stop in for a pint.

Hey, we're always tweaking. I suppose we're never completely satisfied? Or we wanna make another style out of an existing one. So it is part of the fun. I've got a family history of fermenting things, but I'm always learning. HBT has done articles called Brew & A: with some of us I'm sure you'll enjoy reading in the articles forum in the redish strip above...
