So I want to brew 10gals of wheat this weekend using a base grain bill, but I want to go very different directions with it. Due to only having 1 chiller, I'd like to split the pre-boil and stagger it into 2 boils. I have 2 burners and BKs but only 1 chiller.

So...the plan is to get my pre-boil vol, then split the batch into 2. Then start brewing 1 batch (wildflower honey, 1010 american wheat yeast, chamomille), while the other (orange blossom honey, blood oranges, 3638 bavarian hefe yeast) sits for about 25-30 mins, so that I can cool both in reasonable time.

Should I be concerned about leaving hot wort sitting for 30 mins before heating it back to a boil?
