Does anyone have a recipe for cooking the hop sprouts? I'd also like to try pickling some. Please share any recipes you have.

I like steaming them then covering with salt or season salt.
A restaurant in town made hop shoot risotto last year. I'll try to get the recipe.
No pickling recipes but I was going to try it myself, too.
