You can't go wrong with a Blonde, Pale Ale or even a Witbier. They are crisp, light and very refreshing after a hard day of yard work or just relaxing on the weekend.
I'm brewing my summer beers over the past/next couple of weekends. I've already brewed an Oktoberfest and an American Wheat Ale, and this weekend I'm brewing a Kolsch and an Altbier.
BoPils- went to taste-test and see how it was coming along for lagering- ended up drinking two pints when I started off with a 4oz pour. Very refreshing and for me, quenches my hop thirst in a more refreshing, summery way
